A dimensional beauty ritual.
The "Window to the Sky" acupuncture points—mostly located around the neck and base of the skull—regulate the flow of blood and energy (Qi) between the head (Heaven) and the body (Earth). Treatment tends these energetic gateways to establish mind-body reconnection, clear nutritional and energetic blockages, and open connection to higher consciousness.
Releasing contracted muscles in the neck, shoulders and jaw, we restore levity to facial tissues and jawline, and soften lines. Precise facial needling and massage techniques tone muscles, drain the lymph, and improve local microcirculation to deliver a naturally lifted, radiant complexion. Treatment includes a bespoke, custom flow of clean bioactive topicals tailored to your goals and your unique complexion.
Modalities: Body Scalp and Facial Acupuncture (Kiiko Matsumoto Japanese-style, Master Tung Style, Neurofunctional), Gua Sha, Facial Cupping, Hot Ceramic Massage, Bojin
Feels: Tranquil, Anchored, Fluid
* Treatment cost includes a 2.5 hour Baths Visit.
From Daniel
I'm a board-certified acupuncturist and Diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) serving New York’s Hudson Valley.
My clinical work is grounded in a deep respect for the diagnostic precision of Chinese Medicine. I'm drawn to its understanding of the body as an interconnected system—dynamic, responsive, and influenced by both internal physiology and the natural environment.
In treatment, I integrate attentive listening with palpation-based diagnosis to deliver care that is thoughtful and methodical. My goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to restore functional balance. I aim to help patients feel grounded in their bodies, resilient in their health, and easeful in their daily lives. Witnessing change happen for clients in real time is pretty rad, and something I experience often in my work.
Outside of clinical practice, I can often be found testing out gluten-free recipes, exploring regional nature trails, and actively engaging with the local Hudson Valley community.
